Redbridge Culture and Leisure are providing training facilities. The use of their gymnasium and pool will allow me to put in the extensive training that I need to complete prior to attempting the challenge.

METROPOLITAN POLICE SERVICE
The "Met" are assisting me in a number of ways.

The Marine Policing Unit is providing support for the actual swim including a fully equipped launch which will guide me on my path and provide the vital safety and medical backup I need.
